Are the taxis wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately our taxis are not wheelchair accessible at the moment. However, we are working hard to improve our service so that we can offer wheelchair accessible vehicles in the future. We aim to provide comfortable and safe transportation for everyone in the near future.
How can I recognize the taxi when it arrives?
Our drivers will call you 10-15 minutes in advance to inform you of the expected arrival time. In addition, they will send a live location , so you can see exactly when the taxi is with you. This way you always know when the taxi will arrive and you can easily recognize it.
